We are excited to offer full use of the property and exterior porches for events Summer and fall (2024) while we conduct a massive restoration project on the interior of the Inn. Once completed we will provide a full offering of indoor event spaces and luxury suites.

The property is available at a discounted fee for the summer and fall of 2023 during renovation. All interior renovation will be conducted during the week allowing for the peaceful and exclusive use of the property for weekend events. The property allows for bespoke events, curate your own vendors- tents (we can accommodate any size tent on our grassy lawn), chairs, tables, catering, and portable bathroom facilities. We provide outdoor reception space, parking, water, and power.

The classic 20,000 square foot, historic Greek Revival provides the perfect back-drop for your event. Perfect for a small or large guest list, the two acres of lush lawns are framed by mature trees that stun in the summer or fall. The sprawling two acre property is situated on historic Canaan St. in Canaan, NH which is lined with beautifully preserved country estates.

Event Rates:

Events are provided the full use of the property in four hour blocks. A four hour reservation is $1000.00 with additional hours available at a rate of $200.00 per hour. A fifty percent non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Please contact us for summer and fall 2024 availability.
